We embraced the challenge with a concept that harmonized nature-inspired elements with contemporary design. The overarching theme was to create a space that felt like an oasis — a retreat from the bustling urban landscape. Biophilic design principles guided the layout, ensuring an abundance of greenery, while the colour palette of greens and oranges played a pivotal role in capturing the essence of the Orient.
To bring the concept to life, we meticulously selected materials that resonated with both the natural and cultural elements of the Orient. White Calacatta marble adorned the tables, adding an air of luxury and sophistication, while patchwork stone tiles graced portions of the floor, injecting a playful and artistic element.
The use of indirect lighting, strategically placed throughout the lounge, created a warm and inviting ambiance. From wall sconces to cove lighting, the design team explored various styles to ensure a harmonious glow that complemented the overall atmosphere.
The incorporation of orange hues represented energy, warmth, and creativity, while the greens symbolized tranquillity and a connection to nature. Bar stools, high tables, and trees emerging from tables added a touch of whimsy to the bar area, creating an inviting and unique focal point.
