The La Siesta restaurant project was envisioned as a modern yet inviting space that balances luxury with comfort. The client wanted a dining environment that would set their restaurant apart in Egypt’s competitive hospitality scene — a place where urban sophistication meets cosy ambiance.
They sought a design that would appeal to high-end clientele while ensuring guests feel at home. The design brief emphasised creating a visually striking, multifunctional space with a sleek, modern edge, from intimate dining areas to a social lounge and stylish bar.
The Result
The result is a contemporary restaurant that seamlessly blends industrial elements, like concrete and metal, with warm wood tones and sophisticated lighting. The bar area pops with bold accents, such as the blue bar stools, while the geometric flooring and carefully curated artwork add intrigue and depth to the space.
Through the clever use of lighting, textures, and spatial planning, La Siesta now stands as a destination where modern luxury and relaxed comfort meet, offering a unique and memorable dining experience.
