Ahmed has more than two decades of developing an Architectural and Interior Design career demonstrating a consistent focus on sustainability. The natural world informs his design palette, and he sees beauty in simplicity, designing instinctively and using technical ability in equal measures. Ahmed can listen to a client’s brief, quickly interpret the client’s requirements,  and develop the best workable strategy to deliver within budget and on time.

Rasha is a highly creative designer with over ten years of experience in the industry. Her ambition and forward-thinking mindset drive her to generate innovative, out-of-the-box ideas. She excels in leading large-scale design projects and building strong client relationships. Rasha listens attentively to client needs, pitches compelling ideas, and showcases her unique creative vision.

Maii is a highly motivated and ambitious landscape architect with a keen eye for detail. With extensive experience in the field, she leads, advises, plans, designs, and oversees the creation, regeneration, and development of diverse projects. Her comprehensive approach ensures each project is meticulously crafted from concept to completion, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal. Maii’s dedication to excellence and innovative thinking consistently drive the successful realization of her clients’ visions.

Joe is one of our Senior Associates, overseeing and supporting our London office. He is dedicated to advancing the development of the DiA team. Known for his enthusiasm and proactive management style, Joe’s organizational skills are truly exceptional.

Anwin Varghese is a skilled Technical Lead and Designer with expertise in project management and site engineering. He specializes in material scheduling and the preparation of BOQs for new projects. Anwin holds an MSc in Structural Design and Construction Management from Kingston University London. Known for his attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and creativity, Anwin consistently delivers high-quality results in every project he undertakes.

Technical Lead

Aya is one of our senior architects, responsible for overseeing the work of other architects within the firm. She makes strategic recommendations to enhance project outcomes and ensures alignment with our design vision. Aya also provides valuable guidance to subcontractors, such as builders and electricians, helping them accurately interpret and implement design specifications. Her expertise and leadership play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our projects.

Aya Khalaf

Senior Architect

Mai Romieh is a Senior Interior Designer with six years of experience in the field, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. She excels in initiating interior design stages, from creating look and feel concepts and material boards to selecting furniture, lighting, and art. Mai also brings projects to life with detailed 3D designs. Her comprehensive expertise and creative vision ensure each project is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Mai Romieh

Senior Interior Designer

Maria, a Senior Interior Designer with 13 years of experience and a First-Class Honours Degree in Interior Design Environment Architectures, excels in both residential and commercial projects. Recognized as the Most Outstanding Designer by the South-East London Society of Architecture in 2011, Maria is known for her meticulous detail, project management skills, and creating and detailing FF&E concepts.

Senior Interior Designer

Mina, one of our Senior Architects, has extensive experience in commercial and residential interior design. Proficient in 3D modelling, 2D drafting, and visualization, she excels in concept development, space planning, and producing detailed drawings. Currently leading high-end projects at Design Itude Associate, she has a proven track record of successful project management and collaboration. Known for her creativity, problem-solving, and organizational skills, Mina brings a keen attention to detail and effective time management to every project.

Senior Architect

Rawan is a senior architect overseeing the work of her colleagues to ensure project excellence. She offers strategic recommendations to enhance project outcomes and maintain alignment with our design vision. Rawan collaborates closely with subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and precise execution of design specifications. Her leadership and expertise are instrumental in upholding the high standards of our projects.

Senior Architect

Sarah is our LinkedIn Specialist, responsible for raising the company’s profile on LinkedIn, as well as the profiles of key members of our team in the UK and our Cairo office in Egypt. She joined the team part-time in 2022 and forms part of our marketing and business development team. With 17 years of digital marketing experience, Sarah brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to our team.

Stephanie is our Marketing Director, overseeing social media channels, marketing, advertising, website content, PR, and media relations. With over 15 years of experience, she excels in strategic marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across various industries. Energetic and ambitious, Stephanie is adept at cross-functional collaboration and managing projects from start to finish, with expertise in events, project management, brand development, market research, content strategy, and campaign execution.
